What is the capacity of the room?
The room holds up to 140 people seating (55) and standing.
Can I book the room for a small party?
No. We recommend that the party is a minimum of 50 people for the size of the room.
How much is the room hire?
To hire the room only its £175.00. The room is FREE IF you take out catering from us for a min of 50 people.
What deposit do I need to pay?
The deposit required to secure the room is a NON-refundable deposit £175.00. If you take catering from us, this deposit then goes towards paying for your food.
Can I do my own catering?
Yes. But please note there is nowhere to keep hot food and hot holding appliances will not be allowed.
We will provide you with tables only.
The setting up and clearing up of the food will be your responsibility.
Do you do catering?
Yes. Our buffets start from £9.95 pp.
Do you provide decorations?
No. We do not decorate the room. This is the responsibility of the hirer.
Do you provide a DJ?
No. We feel its better that the hirer sources their own, that way you know you are getting the best deal for your party and budget.
Can I play background music or play a playlist?
Yes. We have a boombox that you can blue tooth your own device to.
We would recommend that you come and test this to satisfy yourself that the quality and sound level is to your satisfaction.
Do you have lift?
Yes. We have disabled platform lift which is suitable for 2 people only.
Do you have a disabled toilet?
Yes.
What time can I have the room from and till what time?
Theoretically the room is svailable from 12pm in the afternoon until 12.45am the next morning. However we can discuss your exact time requirements upon booking.
Do you have a dance floor?
Yes . We have a place where people can dance.
