At Chill we offer free function room hire for up to 140 people in our fully licensed Barnsley town centre location.

Our function room is available for parties of 50 to 140 people. The room will be too big for parties smaller than 50 unfortunately.

This is a sample of our hot and cold finger buffett which is priced at £9.95pp. We can design the exact menu to your requirements so please call us if you wish to change this.
• Assorted Sandwiches and Wraps.
• Quiches, Sausage Rolls, Potato Wedges, Mini Pork Pies, Scotch Eggs, Cocktail Sausages.
• Pickles, Onions, Red Cabbage, Salad, Ketchup, Mustard, Yoghurt Mint Sauce.
• Different Sauces and Savoury Biscuits etc.
Warm Food: Chicken Skewers, Veg Pakora, Mini Onion Bhaji, Assorted Pizza Slices, Chicken Nuggets, Garlic Bread.
A £175.00 deposit is required upon booking and the balance for the food is required 2 weeks prior to your party. The £175.00 deposit will go towards payment of your food at this stage. There are no other costs i.e. room hire etc.
The room hire Charge is FREE.
SELF-CATERED
No food required, or I’ll provide my own food
If you are doing your own food please note that we will only supply you with a table and you will have to provide everything else, including plates and crockery etc.
Clear up of all foodwaste/rubbish at the end of the party is also your responsibility.
The room hire Charge is £175.00.

All Deposits are non refundable once paid. DJ is NOT included in the hire of the room. We feel it’s best if you get your own as then you are getting exactly what you require. If you have difficulty in finding one let us know and we will give you a few numbers to call, but this will not be a recommendation. Please ensure that the DJ you are booking has Public Liability Insurance. If a DJ is not required then please let us know at the time of booking and we can discuss background music options with you.
Please ensure when booking for 18th / 21st birthday parties that all attendees around the age 18-21 will require valid photographic proof of age ID in order to purchase alcohol.
